Former police officer reveals shocking memo concerning raped children in the UK

According to former police officer Dionne Miller, the Labour government in England circulated a memo to police precincts in 2008 that contained a shocking directive: that the girls who were being abused in the UK by Muslim gangs had made an 'informed choice'.

Get that?

Children being victimized by adults had consented, and therefore no police investigations were warranted.

The Labour government apparently forgot that children of this age are deemed to be incapable of consenting to sexual activity, which is why most jurisdictions have a crime called 'statutory rape'.

Heads should roll, literally. Condemning children to vicious gang rape.
