Irish judge messes up and rapist needs a new trial

An 'Irish' man's conviction was overturned due to a trial judge erring on instructing a jury as to the presumption of innocence.

Look closely at the 'Irish' perpetrator.

Imagine my shock: a Middle Eastern migrant raping a white woman. 

According to the press:

Egyptian national Mohamed Okda, 33, formerly of Coolfin, Rathdowney, Co Laois had pleaded not guilty to two counts of raping the woman and one count of sexual assault at a flat in Dublin city centre on February 9, 2014.
